Introducing HTM00 as standard practice (where HTM are not applied)
This Course offers a model, drawn from HTM-00, that will give organisations a Robust Assurance Framework in which to operate in and the use of Safety Cases to manage risks as low as reasonably practicable .
Description
Organisational Guidance for NHS Providers has historically focussed on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Fire, without specific direction for Building Surveying and Structures; this is reflected in typical Estates Assurance Frameworks and the FM workforce. National focus on Reinforced Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (RAAC) and ever rising levels of Building Fabric related Backlog has highlighted this gap and left Healthcare Providers exposed in their assurance.

- Deputy Directors and Directors of Estates
- Heads of Estates
- Board Directors Accountable for Estates and Health and Safety
- Non-Executive Directors Accountable for Estates and Health and Safety
